Step 1: First of all Login to your Blogger Dashboard.
Step 2: Now go to the section Theme.

If your template has a dark mode feature, and if you want a different color when in dark mode, you can customise the codes as per your need. Each template can have a different dark mode class, so please change it according to your blog, you can replace the marked class with your template dark mode class.

Visitors may need to agree Cookie Consent after every 30 days. Change the marked no. code as per your need (in seconds). For eg. 5184000 = 60 days
Step 8: Save the changes by clicking on this icon
We will add HTML codes in a HTML/Javascript gadget through Layout Menu so we can enable, disable or make changes through the Layout Menu. You can also add the HTML codes in Theme XML, for that paste the HTML codes provided below just above to the JavaScript that we have added in Step 7.
Step 9: Then go to Layout Menu.
Step 10: Create a gadget by clicking on Add a Gadget and choose HTML/Javascript.
